return the product for any reason, follow the steps below, and you can easily
exchange/return any SHERISE product. We want this procedure to be hassle-free
and simple for you.

• Returns & Exchanges will be accepted for items where the service is initiated
within 15 days of receiving the product.
• Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or
colour.
• Products purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Offer are not returnable. Only size
exchanges will be accepted.
• SHERISE charges no additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of the
products exchanged/returned.
• Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements
thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
• Ensure that the garment is clean and has not been used or damaged in any
capacity. Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can
we further the return/exchange procedure.
• Once you submit a return request via this (LINK), someone from our team will
reach out to you within 24 hours.
• We will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of products reaching our
warehouse (in original condition). It may take up to 7-10 business days for the
product to reach our warehouse.
Cancellation:
Cancellation not allowed, once order is placed; hence no refund will be issued.
